Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist process engineer on shift process yield monitoring to achieve yield target.
- Provide technical support on process to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Monitoring reaction plans to improve process yield.
- Work with engineer to support on improvement project on process performance and efficiency.
- To qualify & buy off equipment, tools/ fixtures for production used.
- Support on process documentation (eg. visual aid, work instruction & etc).
- Support form fit evaluation for BOM material sample from supplier.
- Responsible to buy off & monitor SBR, First Article & TLC build.
- Perform & complete task assigned within given time frame.
- Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor industry and in mass production environment.
- Candidate with epoxy or soldering knowledge and dispensing machine setup skill will be preferred.
- With good computer literacy, good communication skill and reporting of information data.
- Able to work in shift.
