1. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Resource should lead an offshore team
  • Should handle incident, service requests and problem tickets within SLA
  • Should interact with client closely and report the team's progress.
  • Should interact with team and understand their daily progress.
  • Should share the status of each team member's in client's DSU
2. Skills /Competencies:

a. Essential Skills:
  • 8+ years of work experience in Microsoft technologies (.NET and SQL)
  • Strong knowledge in Agile, Scrum and production support process
  • Lead an offshore team delivering L3 activities for the supported applications.
  • Must have knowledge in L3 support activities like On call, Service Now, Incident, Service Request and Problem tickets
  • Participate in support of custom software development projects by delivering fixes and smaller features to production
  • Degree/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.

  • SQL
  • ServiceNow/JIRA
  • Agile/Scrum
c. Additional Skills:
  • Excellent customer interfacing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
