Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lead lists.
Introduce company products or services professionally.
Qualify leads based on defined business criteria.
Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects through calls and other approved communication channels.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams for seamless lead handover.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.
Ensure compliance with company processes and communication standards.

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Lead Generation, Contact Center, or Inside Sales.
Strong experience handling outbound calling campaigns.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Freshsales, etc.) is preferred.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with defined KPIs.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Preferred Experience

B2B lead generation or appointment setting.
Customer support or voice process experience.
Experience supporting SaaS, Technology, Banking, Financial Services, E-commerce, BPO, or Staffing industries.
Experience working with international or regional customers is an advantage.
