About the job:
This role reports to the Territory Lead of the company and requires a 360 degree view of theorganization's operations from commercial to operations. Strong interpersonal and analyticalskills are required to ensure every department within the organization is working togethercohesively and efficiently.To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of Commercial & Marketingtechniques and the ability to motivate employees of varying seniority.


Business Development - To guide and work closely with the team of Salesteam to achieve the following:

  • Continuous exponential partner acquisition
  • Sales data management
  • Market and Competitor research & analysis
  • Lead generation

Account Management - Work closely with Account Managers and Sales Managers to achieve the following:

  • Run promotional deals for partners to boost growth of gross orders and revenue
  • Reward top partners with exclusive deals to further market reach on our platform
  • Promote strategic partners to gain market mileage in newly launched and less exposed areas

Growth Marketing - To work closely with the Territory Marketing team to achieve the following:

  • Brand presence is visible in the city
  • Local influences are fully utilized to have a more targeted reach
  • Offline marketing campaigns are executed
  • Partners have a sense of brand pride
  • Customers have a sense of brand love / loyalty
