Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Specialist Manager specializing in Science Education, based in Kuala Lumpur. The Product Manager will be responsible for strategizing and overseeing the sales, selection, sourcing, and integration of science education products into the company's portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with manufacturers and academic institutions, analyzing market trends, managing product lifecycles, and ensuring that the products meet educational standards. The role also involves stakeholder collaboration and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient delivery of educational solutions.

Primary role to meet B to C and B to B needed and in building a sales network through proactive marketing. Meeting with new clients and the existing customer database.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise in science education, including familiarity with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, ICT, and Biotechnology equipment
• Experience in product management, including product sourcing, life-cycle management, and market analysis
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate with clients and suppliers
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Familiarity with educational curriculums, such as iGCSE, A-Level, IB, or American Curriculum, is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software for product management and project coordination
• Bachelor's degree in Science Education, Biology, Physics, Chemistry , or a related field
• Experience in the education and laboratory science industry is a plus
