Test Engineer- sales force

We are looking for an experienced test engineer to help ensure quality features, functionalities, and integrations are available in our Salesforce instance to help drive business critical processes. We are looking for a test engineer who can think like a customer and execute various testing scenarios and end-to-end tests that will exercise the full range of functionality and business processes in Salesforce. In this role, you will work directly with development staff, give feedback on features, find bugs, verify fixes, and process customer feedback. The ideal candidate has a proven testing mindset, good judgement, is passionate about quality, and wants to work in an innovative and high-energy environment.

Essential Qualifications:
3+ years of experience testing software, participating in quality assurance programs and testing processes.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience with testing and quality assurance best practices
Experience with Salesforce
Experience Apex code, debugging code, and identifying issues with code.
Strong teamwork skills, ability to learn quickly, excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to think analytically, strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of software testing tools, methodologies and principles.
Perform complex tasks executing and modifying processes, plans and design when needed.
Additional Preferences
Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes and other business processes
Knowledge of various Salesforce products like CPQ, Experience Cloud, Mulesoft, Sales Cloud, Service cloud, etc
Knowledge of APIs and integrations with Salesforce
Ability to work in a global team environment
Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.
