Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Test Lead/Manager role with Banking Expereince based in Kuala Lumpur. The Test Lead/Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing end-to-end testing activities across projects, ensuring that software solutions meet defined quality standards. Daily responsibilities include defining test strategies, designing and reviewing test cases, managing test execution, monitoring defect resolution, and reporting test progress and outcomes to stakeholders. The role also involves leading and mentoring the testing team, collaborating closely with development, product, and project management teams, and continuously improving testing processes, tools, and methodologies. The Test Lead/Manager contributes to risk assessment, supports release planning, and ensures alignment with organizational best practices and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Experience in test management and test strategy across multiple projects, with proficiency in designing, reviewing, and maintaining comprehensive test cases.

Hands-on experience with test management tools, defect tracking systems, and test automation frameworks.

Solid understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and industry best practices in software testing.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience working with enterprise-grade IT solutions, cloud-based systems, or cybersecurity-focused environments.
