Test Manager

Job Description :

Prepare Test Strategy, Test Plan and Test Script / Scenarios document and get stakeholders approvals.
Finalize scope and identify high priority items.
Create daily execution run plan for the tasks, identify dependencies, highlight risk and propose mitigate plan.
Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by TCOE.
Ensure SIT/UAT sign-off meets the exit criteria, Prepare UAT Closure reports.
Organize the status meetings and send the Daily Status Report.
Conduct daily defect triage meetings.
Ensure testing process compliance.
Overall manage UAT deliverables within stated timelines.
Meeting with system users to understand the scope of testing.
Working with software developers and project support teams.
RTM readiness in each phase with finalized requirements, test cases IDs are updated.
Use of HP ALM tool for execution and defect logging.
Test execution monitoring and control.
Status Report (Daily) to Stakeholder & Project Manager.
Project closure review and analysis.
Ensure with Project Manager test environment stability before start test execution.
Prepare test summary report for all phases.
