What You'll Do:
- Define and execute remittance business strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Drive key business levers including corridor growth, pricing, and customer experience.
- Identify opportunities through data and market insights to improve acquisition and retention.
- Take strong ownership in driving initiatives end-to-end.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and scalable performance.
- Work closely with product, tech, and operations teams to deliver improvements.
- Act as central coordinator across teams to drive execution.
- Be hands-on when required while balancing strategic priorities.
- Manage relationships with banks, partners, and service providers.
- Lead commercial discussions including pricing and expansion.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business goals.
- Influence and drive outcomes across teams.
- Prepare regular business reports with key KPIs and insights.
- Track transaction volumes, revenue, and corridor performance.
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional projects across business, product, and tech.
- Ensure timely delivery with clear milestones and ownership.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Role Requirements:
- 4–6 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong ownership, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Hands-on and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
- Experience in remittance or fintech is an added advantage.
