Job Description
- Support the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs across regional markets.
- Framework cascaded from global, require to localize & execute global Total Rewards frameworks, policies, and initiatives in alignment with local market requirements.
- Conduct market bench marking and compensation analyses to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
- Oversee annual rewards process (salary review, incentive planning, budgeting, market bench marking) for sales market.
- Collaborate closely with Finance (Controlling), People teams, and Global Total Rewards stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Rewards Partner Should Have
- Experience in designing and managing compensation and benefits frameworks in the retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience working across multiple countries
- Experience partnering with both corporate and frontline employee populations
