- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
- Strong track record in driving in-store execution and promotions.
- Highly hands-on with a passion for activation, visibility, and retail excellence.
- Solid understanding of POSM, merchandising, and shopper behaviour.
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales and distributor teams.
