Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing trade strategies and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in
line with sales and marketing objectives, to drive growth in market shares.
Developing and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for
assigned retailers.
Managing the trade marketing budget & ensure the sales achievement's budget matches
expenses allocations.
Work closely with the sales team & marketing team to roll out impactful in-store
campaigns and expand the distribution channel.
Continuous understanding on external factors and competitors activities of the channel
& category.
Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in instore
planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.
To plan Exclusive SKUs Marketing Plan.
To plan Joint Quarterly Marketing Plan.
To plan Joint Business Plan, TTL, ATL, BTL Plan.
To execute joint event planning: in-store, roadshows.
Responsible to ensure that client interaction with Company is conducted in a timely and
satisfactory manner.
Work closely with the cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Operation and Supply
Chain Management) to ensure efficient and effective execution.
Continuously build market knowledge and refer sales leads, customer feedback, and
information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years and above experience in trade marketing manager role.
Minimum 1 year in managing Watsons/ Guardian Trade Marketing Plan.
Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/ Marketing or any related discipline.
Excellent Mandarin fluency both written and spoken is a must.
Good communication skills in English & Malay.
Proven track record in similar position.
Strong analytic skills.
Good organization skills with the ability to handle multitasks concurrently and
meet deadlines.
Excellent teamwork spirit and time management skills.
Creative thinking and generate relevant ideas for brainstorming sessions.
