UI/UX Designer
Responsibilities:
1) Design and develop intuitive and user-centric UI solutions for new and existing web and mobile applications.
2) Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to translate concepts into tangible design solutions.
3) Work closely with developers to implement innovative UI designs and ensure the feasibility of the designs.
4) Validate and improve the usability, user experience, and performance of the solutions.
5) Ensure consistency of branding across multiple projects.
6) Stay up-to-date with the latest UI design trends, techniques, and technologies.
7) Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation.
8) Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
9) Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
Requirement :
1) Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or related field.
2) Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in mobile or web application UI development.
3) Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI design work for web and mobile applications.
4) Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Cloud, Sketch, InVision, Figma, etc.
5) Strong analytical and communication skills.
6) Experience in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to develop medium to high fidelity UI solutions.
7) Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
8) Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
