UI/UX Designer

Job Description:
∙Communicate and collaborate with Product Owner to understand business objectives, user personas, problem statement and objectives. Use this input to plan and implement user journey and user-interaction design for a new project or optimize existing user interface designs.
∙Keep abreast with new developments related to best practices, methods, tools in Ui/UX design.
∙Improve intuitively and experience based on usability testing.
∙Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
∙Create prototypes for new product ideas.
∙Adhere to the CI/CD of the overall site or application in enhancing a feature or developing a new feature. Enhance the overall design system of CI/CD when required to ensure new best practices in the current project are incorporated into the overall design.

∙Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
∙Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
∙Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
∙Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
∙Quick learner and a team player.
∙Customer-oriented and good interpersonal skills.
∙Fluency in Jira and Confluence.
∙Experience in UI/UX design, proficient in design & prototype tools (Adobe Cloud, Sketch, InVision, Figma, etc).
∙Any SCRUM or equivalent certificate for product Owner or relevant certifications.
