Job Title: Account Manager Staffing Solutions

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships in the staffing and recruitment industry. Based in Kuala Lumpur, the role involves partnering with clients to understand their workforce needs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of talent solutions, and driving account growth in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Servicing
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts in Malaysia.
- Build and maintain long-term client partnerships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Understand client business strategies, hiring needs, and workforce planning.
- Conduct regular client meetings/reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities.
Account Growth & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify new business opportunities within client organizations.
- Support regional business expansion initiatives where required.
Staffing Delivery Coordination
- Work closely with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
- Monitor submission-to-hire ratios, time-to-fill, and quality of hires.
- Ensure alignment with client SLAs, contracts, and compliance requirements.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate client and candidate records using ATS/CRM tools.
- Ensure all staffing operations are in compliance with Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
- Provide weekly and monthly account performance reports to management.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong relationship-building and client servicing skills.
- Good knowledge of the Malaysian staffing/recruitment market (IT & non-IT sectors).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, ATS systems).
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
- 57 years of experience in account management within the staffing/recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise and mid-sized accounts in Malaysia.
- Familiarity with employment regulations in Malaysia is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an added advantage.
