Focus on achieving business value and maximising desired business outcomes as a result of program implementation and change
Develop a value governance framework (eg features prioritization, business owner identification, business benefits analysis etc) which will support product enhancements along with process improvement and change management
Identify, plan, measure and track benefits as a result of program implementation and enhancements
Validate KPIs and develop scorecard to monitor business benefits from the program for existing and new requirements
Identify risks/gaps associated with value realisation, present findings and support potential case for action with regards to process changes, product enhancements or change strategy
Engage with business to socialise the benefits and KPI improvements and collect feedback on any modifications required in value measurement

Engage with business to share recommendations and collect feedback on process design which should lead to higher product adoption and program success
