- Manage and maintain vendor master data in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all vendor records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to validate and update vendor information as required.
- Develop and implement processes for vendor data quality improvement and governance.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies or errors in vendor data entries.
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on vendor master data processes.
- Generate reports and insights based on vendor data for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements related to vendor data management.
Profile
A Successful Vendor Master Data Manager Should Have
- Experience in P2P coupled with vendor master data management, within the Shared Services/ Global Business Services/ BPO industry. (MUST HAVE)
- Experience leading a team. (MUST HAVE)
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance processes.
- Attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
