What You'll Do:
- Sales & Client Engagement:Actively reach out to potential clients, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Customer Service:Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless event planning experience.
- Venue Operations Support:Collaborate with the operations team to ensure events run smoothly and meet client expectations.
- Sales Growth:Proactively identify opportunities to upsell services and contribute to the venue's revenue growth.
