Job Description

Lead the enterprise-wide rollout and adoption of the Data Governance Framework and associated policies, standards, and procedures.
Coordinate and present at governance committee meetings to ensure alignment, oversight, and timely decision-making.
Define and maintain enterprise data ownership, stewardship, and accountability structure across domains (Customer, Product, Finance, Risk, HR).
Oversee metadata management, data classification, and lifecycle standards to strengthen data transparency and traceability.
Partner with Group Risk, Compliance, IT, and business units to embed governance controls into business processes and digital initiatives.
Ensure Data Governance policies remain compliant with internal and regulatory requirements, coordinating periodic reviews and refresh cycles.
Promote a data-driven culture through awareness, onboarding, and training programs for Data Owners, Stewards, and key stakeholders.
Report governance performance, emerging issues, and remediation progress to senior management and governance committee meetings.
