Risk Intelligence & Analytics

  • Identification and assessment of emerging risks, economic outlook, and potential threats to the bank.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to evaluate risk exposure and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare risk intelligence dashboards, summarizing key trends using internal data and external risk feeds.
  • Monitor and report on Strategic Risk Categories, including:
  • Business Model Risks (industry risk and consumer business impact).
  • External Environment Risks (climate risk and macroeconomic volatility).
  • Strategic Planning Risks (strategic innovation risk).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather relevant data and insights.
  • Communicate risk intelligence findings to senior management and the Board, ensuring clarity and relevance.

Governance & Coordination

  • Lead the GBRMC secretariat, including agenda preparation, coordinating paper submission and arranging all necessary logistics.
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy in all risk reporting activities.
  • Coordinate the BNM Composite Risk Rating (CRR) response by GRM.
  • Prepare and monitor the status of Risk Appetite Statement and Recovery Indicators.
  • Provide updates on the GRM's progress status of Corrective Action Tracking (CAT) on Audit findings/Managing for Value (MFV) recommendations.
  • Coordinate the GRM risk culture awareness/newsletter with other risk functions.
  • Perform any other duties and ad-hoc analysis reports as assigned by the Head of Enterprise Risk and GCRO
