Job Description


  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Fresh graduates / school leavers encouraged to apply
  • Experience in retail or F&B would be added advantage.
  • Full-time positions


  • To maintain a professional standard of customer care in promoting company products & managing an effective team
  • Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues
  • Motivate & train staffs on the company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills
  • Come up with a strategy to achieve sales target
  • Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc)
  • Provide professional services to customers

Working days & shift:Weekdays / Weekends

  • Morning shift 9am - 5.30pm
  • Noon shift 2pm- 10.30pm
  • 1 (one) day Rest day / week
