Job Description
- Stock Count Assistance – Assist in periodic and ad-hoc physical stock counts, record and verify counted quantities against system records, highlight discrepancies to warehouse executive or warehouse manager.
- Inventory file development – support in creating and updating a manual inventory file in Microsoft Excel, input stock records such as item codes, quantities, warehouse locations, and movement history, also assist in design a simple monitoring template (e.g., stock-in/out log, stock balance tracker).
- Warehouse layout reorganization – assist in reviewing current warehouse arrangement, propose improvements in labeling, racking, and material flow better accessibility and also support in physical rearrangement of goods if needed.
- Storage Optimization (Metal Casing) – Study current metal casing storage method, suggest and sketch possible racking, pallet, or compartment solutions for safe and space-efficient storage, and assist in trial implementation under warehouse manager's guidance
- General warehouse support – assist storekeepers and warehouse assistants in daily operations (receiving, issuing and stock movement), support documentation, filling, and reporting tasks.
- Any task assign by Warehouse Manager.
Job Requirements
i. Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Shain, Logistics, Industrial Management or Engineering fields.
ii. Basic skills in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, formatting).
iii. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
