Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure all operations are carried out efficiently and meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor workflow and resource allocation to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
• Conduct daily briefings and ensure all team members are aligned with operational priorities.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, including stock counts, reconciliation, and system updates

Qualification & Skills:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with at least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in contract logistics or 3PL environment is a plus point.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory systems (WMS), and logistics operations.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (an added advantage)
• Willing to be based at PTP, Johor
