Web Developer

Web Developer (React JS)

• Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
• Duration: 2-year extendable contract
• Open to: All nationalities

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using React JS
• Collaborate with the design team to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive, interactive web applications
• Implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality software development
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our web applications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience as a Web Developer
• Strong proficiency in React JS, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Experience with front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm)
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with additional front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js)
Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
Understanding of agile methodologies
