Job Description

Job Responsibility

Customer Support Handle inbound calls for inquiries, complaints, feedback, and product-related issues.
Service Excellence Provide accurate information and exceed customer expectations.
Team Collaboration Work together to meet KPIs and service level agreements (SLA).

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification SPM or higher.
Language Requirement Must be proficient in Mandarin.
Fresh Graduates Welcome No experience needed; full training provided.
Shift Flexibility 24/7 rotational shifts (5.5/6 days per week, 9-hour shifts including 1-hour lunch).
Work Location Based in Petaling Jaya.
