Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for customers, channel partners, and team members via phone, email, and meetings. Provide proactive communication on changes or delays and offer alternate solutions.
Efficiently respond to customer inquiries regarding quotations, orders, product availability, pricing, delivery, billing, returns/replacements, and other documentation.
Drive the Order to Cash process, including order creation, status updates, purchase order processing, payment handling, and shipping coordination.
Collaborate across borders and time zones with various global internal and external customers.
Additional tasks, duties, and projects as assigned.

Required and/or Preferred Qualifications from you:

Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Life Science or a relevant field.
2+ years of experience in a Customer Service role.
Customer-centric approach with excellent phone and email etiquette.
Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, E1 (Oracle), and MS Office preferred.
Knowledge of international trading.
Proficient in spoken and written English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesian, Thai, or Vietnamese are a plus.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
