Responsibilities

Support the Director of Marketing & Communications in executing the hotel's marketing and communications strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive Rooms, F&B, and ancillary revenue.
Translate strategic objectives into well-planned campaigns, content calendars, and marketing initiatives with clear deliverables and timelines.
Oversee the execution of digital marketing activities across social media, CRM, and online platforms in collaboration with regional and corporate teams.
Lead content development including photography, videography, and copywriting to ensure engaging and on-brand storytelling.
Support public relations initiatives including media engagement, press releases, influencer collaborations, and brand reputation management.
Monitor campaign performance, digital analytics, and online guest feedback, ensuring timely responses and continuous improvement.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and guest touchpoints in line with Shangri-La brand standards.
Provide leadership, guidance, and development to the Marketing & Communications team to ensure operational excellence and team growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications, preferably within hospitality or a luxury environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and marketing data.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
A proactive team player with leadership capability and a passion for hospitality.
