Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for internal hires across the Malaysia and Singapore markets.
Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and HR-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensured compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
Support performance management processes and coordinated employee training and development initiatives.
Administer payroll, employee benefits, and leave management processes.
Draft and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards and best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with a strong focus on recruitment.
Knowledge of QuickHR software and Lark is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, Malaysian employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
