The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or human resources and strong knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. Key Objectives:

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and meet competitive hiring goals.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles, assisting managers in finding, hiring, and retaining top candidates.

Build and maintain relationships with qualified candidates to create a talent pool for future openings.

Partner with client recruiting teams to design and implement innovative recruitment strategies.

Stay active on job boards, social networks, and sourcing platforms, creating and posting engaging job descriptions.

Responsibilities:

Build strong client relationships to understand departmental needs and job specifications.

Use multiple recruiting channels and innovative strategies to source quality candidates.

Screen resumes, manage candidate progress, and support the hiring process from interview to offer negotiation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 4+ years in recruitment or human resources.

Education: Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech or equivalent).

Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Technical: Proficient in productivity software, database management, internet sourcing, and platforms like Naukri.

Growth Mindset: Eagerness to grow professionally through networking and ongoing training opportunities.
