About the Role

What You'll Be Doing

Drive Business Growth
Proactively identify and develop new opportunities across targeted industries.
Build a strong sales pipeline and manage deals from first conversation to closure.
Develop account strategies and grow long-term client relationships.
Consistently achieve (and exceed!) revenue targets.

Solution Selling & Pre-Sales Collaboration
Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and operational challenges.
Translate those needs into practical, scalable solutions using:
Telematics and fleet management
Workflow automation
Enterprise and digital transformation solutions
Partner with technical teams to craft compelling proposals, demos, and presentations.*
Support RFPs, solution proposals, and commercial structuring.*

Support Solution Delivery & Client Success
Stay involved beyond the sale—ensure a smooth transition into implementation.
Collaborate with delivery teams to align client expectations and outcomes.
Build trust by acting as a reliable advisor throughout the client journey.
Help clients realize measurable value from deployed solutions.

Qualifications

5 to 15 years in sales, business development, or solution consulting/support roles.
Strong track record in B2B solution selling.
Hands-on experience in pre-sales activities, including:
Requirement gathering
Solution design and positioning
Proposal development
Supporting deployment or implementation

Required Skills

Familiarity with:
Telematics / fleet management solutions
Workflow automation / process digitisation
Industry exposure in one or more of the following:
Manufacturing
Transportation & logistics
Cargo / supply chain

Strong consultative selling mindset
Ability to connect business problems with the right technology solutions
