Work with customers engineering teams to develop packaging solutions that

improve product protection, cost efficiency, and container loading.

Conduct packaging testing and validation such as drop, compression, and transit

tests.

Prepare structural drawings, mockups, and prototypes for customer evaluation.
Work with production teams to ensure packaging designs are practical for

manufacturing.

Evaluate new materials or packaging concepts to improve performance or reduce

cost.

Support packaging improvement projects and technical discussions with

customers.

D. Competency Level

Education : Degree in Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, or

related field.

Experience : 1–2 years experience in packaging design, packaging engineering,

product development, or related manufacturing field.

Skills : Knowledge of corrugated packaging, foam cushioning, and wooden

packaging systems

: Basic understanding of packaging testing and product protection

: Ability to prepare structural drawings or CAD designs

: Strong problem solving and communication skills
