Work you'll do

Filing, indexing and ongoing maintenance of legal documentation (including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, engagement letters and related correspondence).
Document control support, including version management, execution tracking and coordination of signature follow‑ups.
Preparation and collation of internal compliance and QRM documentation to support Legal approval processes.
Administrative support for audits, inspections and internal reviews, including collation and submission of required materials.
Maintenance of standard legal templates and precedents from a document management and formatting perspective.
Coordination with internal stakeholders (including Talent, Finance, QRM and project teams) on routine administrative follow‑ups currently handled by the Legal team.
General day‑to‑day administrative support to enable the Legal team to focus on substantive legal and risk advisory work.

Requirements:-

Experience in the following areas is highly regarded:

- 1 year of experience in a legal administration role.
- Paralegals would be advantageously considered.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
