Responsibilities:

Involved in large projects ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, mixed development, healthcare, infrastructure and MRT/rail etc.
To lead, manage and coordination of projects complying with authorities requirements and standards.
Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and Consultants for best results.
Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site and/or authorities compliance problems
