About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and curious Data Scientist Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world data challenges, gain hands-on experience with data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization, and contribute to impactful projects that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing structured and unstructured data.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights, trends, patterns and anomalies.
Develop and test predictive models using machine learning techniques.
Visualize data and model results using tools like Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations clearly and concisely.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Python or R, and familiarity with libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc.
Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
Experience with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
