Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies
Post job advertisements on various job boards, social media, and career platforms
Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews
Assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Support employer branding initiatives and campus/industry hiring events
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role (at least a year of experience)
Familiarity with recruitment tools and sourcing techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
Able to work independently
Good judgment and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
