The Role

Responsible for providing strategic financial leadership to the resort, ensuring sound financial management, effective internal controls, and adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Oversees all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting, to support the resort's business objectives and long-term profitability.
Lead the financial planning and analysis functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.
Support business decisions through data-driven insights and financial modelling.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statements, management reports, and year-end accounts.
Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, bankers, and regulatory bodies.
Maintain strong internal control systems to safeguard hotel assets and ensure compliance with company policies.
Lead periodic internal audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure statutory compliance with local regulations, including taxation, labour laws, and financial reporting standards.
Conduct performance reviews and support training and development plans.
Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
