Position: Senior Technical Recruiter (Construction / Infrastructure)

We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Malaysia, specialising in talent delivery across the Building Materials / Construction, Oil & Gas, and Renewable Energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Delivery

Proactively source qualified candidates using databases, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Conduct thorough screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
Manage the end-to-end delivery process for technical roles within the energy and infrastructure sectors
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche engineering and technical positions
Stay updated on industry hiring trends, skill demands, and market insights

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment
Prior exposure to Construction, or Infrastructure sectors is highly preferred
Strong understanding of engineering roles, terminology, and project environments
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency in recruitment tools, databases, and sourcing platforms
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
