Job Description

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities

Support the global finance organization in the monthly close
Prepare recurring and one-time intercompany journal entries for the monthly close
Reconcile intercompany related balance sheet account, ensuring balance
Support intercompany AP / AP invoice into subledger
Perform intercompany confirmation
Intercompany payment proposal and cash forecast
Work with the other related department to solve any intercompany related issue
Ensure SOP is created and up to date
Support standardization and process improvement to align with company policy
Support ad hoc intercompany accounting reports and analysis per request
Support internal / external audit and tax related request

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

Accounting fresh grade is preferred
Diploma/Degree in Accounting with 1-2 years working experience in intercompany job
Able to work under minimum supervision & meet deadlines
Able to effectively communicate with working partners in foreign countries
Good in English speaking and writing
