About You

We are looking for a motivated and agile Creative Design Intern to join the team as part of your mandatory university internship. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting integrated campaigns across social, content and digital workstreams, contributing to real client projects while developing your creative craft.

You are comfortable working across multiple formats from static design to motion and short-form video. You are organised, detail-oriented and able to manage clearly scoped tasks with minimal hand-holding. You are curious about how design supports branding, communications and campaigns, and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.

What You Do

As a Creative Design Intern, you will contribute across a range of design and content production tasks, supporting both client and internal work.

You assist in designing and adapting visual assets including social posts, presentation slides, reports and simple digital layouts.
You support the preparation and organisation of design files for internal reviews and presentations.
You apply brand guidelines consistently across assigned tasks, paying close attention to layout, typography, spacing and visual hierarchy.
You help resize, reformat and localise assets for different platforms and specifications.
You assist with light motion or animation tasks under the guidance of senior designers.
You respond positively to feedback and implement revisions accurately and efficiently.
You maintain organised files, version control and structured working processes to support smooth team collaboration.

Over time, you will gain exposure to campaign thinking, creative development and the workflow of an integrated communications agency.

What You Offer

Diploma, undergraduate degree or equivalent ideally in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design or a related field
A portfolio demonstrating strong fundamentals in layout, typography and visual composition.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma. Experience with tools such as Canva Pro or equivalent is advantageous.
Comfort working across static, motion and short-form video formats.
Strong attention to detail and care for craft.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
A proactive, self-starting mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Currently enrolled in a university programme requiring a mandatory internship (minimum 12 weeks).
Available to commit full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm) for the duration of the internship.
