The DL Recruiter will be based in Bukit Minyak, Penang, reporting to DL Recruitment Lead.

This role is responsible for supporting high-volume hiring for Technician and Operator roles, ensuring timely delivery, strong candidate experience, and effective coordination with hiring teams.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume Technician and Operator roles
Execute daily recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offering and onboarding
Coordinate and support walk-in interviews, career fairs, and hiring events
Screen candidates efficiently and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements
Partner closely with hiring managers to drive fast turnaround and meet hiring timelines
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups to ensure good experience and strong conversion rates
Track and maintain recruitment pipeline to ensure SLA and hiring targets are met
Coordinate with external agencies and sourcing partners when required
Support offer process including preparation, explanation, and follow-up
Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and documentation requirements
Represent Flex as an employer of choice during candidate interactions and hiring activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably Technician / Operator hiring
Strong understanding of local sourcing channels (job portals, referrals, walk-ins, agencies)
Proven track record in sourcing high-volume technician roles.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Good coordination and communication skills with candidates and hiring managers
Self-driven and able to manage recruitment activities independently with minimal supervision
Basic knowledge of recruitment systems and onboarding processes
