Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily test operations, including equipment setup, maintenance, and facility upgrades.

Collaborate with designers to conduct tests and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Manage test room operations, including manpower allocation and customer testing requests.

Continuously improve test methods and system management for enhanced efficiency.

Interpret test results and generate reports based on customer requirements.

Analyze and finalize test outcomes for approval while ensuring data accuracy.

Supervise validation work performed by technicians.

Troubleshoot abnormalities and failures in test units.

Conduct inspections and verifications for incoming equipment, purchased items, and services.

Participate in Proficiency Tests (PT) and Inter-Laboratory Comparison (ILC) programs.

Calculate Measurement Uncertainty (MU) and incorporate results into test reports.

Ensure all testing adheres to ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Material Engineering (CGPA 3.0 / Second Upper and above).

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical functionality, particularly in structural integrity or acoustics.

Fundamental Expertise: Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and thermodynamics/sound concepts.

Analytical & Leadership Skills: Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of strategic planning.

Bonus Skills: IT/Big Data knowledge is a plus!
