Key Responsibilities

Install, commission, and start up semiconductor and industrial automation equipment at customer sites.
Perform equipment calibration, testing, validation, and customer acceptance activities.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, automation, and process-related issues to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Carry out preventive maintenance, routine servicing, and equipment inspections to maximize system reliability and minimize downtime.
Support machine optimization, process improvement, and equipment upgrades during commissioning and production ramp-up.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Deliver equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting training to customer engineering and production teams.
Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and support continuous product improvement.
Travel to customer sites as required to provide installation, maintenance, and after-sales technical support.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in semiconductor equipment, industrial automation, manufacturing equipment, electronics manufacturing, or related industries are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of industrial automation systems, electrical components, sensors, PLCs, servo systems, motion control, and machine troubleshooting.
Exposure to equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, or field service is an advantage.
Familiarity with PLC programming, machine vision systems, vacuum systems, or pneumatic systems is preferred.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required, as the role involves communicating with Mandarin-speaking customers, colleagues, and headquarters.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Willing to travel extensively and work at customer sites as required.
