Job Responsibilities

Communicate with the headquarters technical team to obtain technical information and deliver capability-building support to the onsite technical team.
Organize regular technical training sessions for onsite technical personnel.
Coordinate with the headquarters training team to arrange customer onsite technical training.
Provide technical consultation to the Service Development Team during the bidding/tendering process.
Assist in analyzing onsite issues and troubleshooting
