As a SAP Manager, you will lead large-scale SAP transformation programs across industries and geographies, working with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business value for our clients. Your Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP transformation and implementation projects across modules such as SAP MM, FICO, SD, SuccessFactors, PP/QM, Basis, EWM/WM, Ariba, and PaPM.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business objectives and translating them into SAP-enabled solutions.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, resource planning, and overall delivery quality.
Lead and facilitate client workshops, solution design sessions, and executive stakeholder discussions.
Drive solution architecture, business process transformation, and fit-gap assessments.
Review and approve functional specifications, solution designs, test strategies, and deployment plans.
Oversee data migration, integration, testing, and cutover activities to ensure successful implementation.
Manage issue resolution, risk mitigation, and escalation processes across project lifecycles.
Lead user adoption, change management, training, and post-go-live support activities.
Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Support business development activities, including proposal development, solution presentations, and pursuit opportunities.

Skills And Attributes For Success

Strong experience leading complex SAP implementation and transformation programs.
Deep functional expertise in one or more SAP modules, with a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and executive-level client relationships.
Strong project management, delivery governance, and risk management capabilities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

To qualify for the role you must have

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8-12 years of SAP consulting and implementation experience.
Experience leading at least 3-5 full-cycle SAP implementation or transformation programs.
Demonstrated experience managing project teams and client stakeholders.
Proven track record in solution delivery within consulting or professional services environments.Willingness to travel for project assignments as required.

Ideally, you'll also have

Prior consulting experience with a leading professional services or consulting organization.
SAP certification in relevant modules.
