Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Support NPI/HVM manufacturing line in the assembly, testing and evaluation of new Optical Transceiver products.

Manage special build assembly run, monitor and coordinate WIP movement till job order closure in system and physical.

Assist team to gather data, disposition, analyze data, failure analysis, root cause and corrective action.

Assist cross function team on system step routing and transaction.

Interpret mechanical drawing for measurement analysis.

Exposure to VMI using low and high scope magnification.

Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

Job Requirement:

Diploma of Engineering preferably majoring in Mechatronics or Mechanical or Electrical.

    Minimum 3 years of working experience in MNC industries, preferably 5 years experience working in high mix and high-volume manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
    Willing to work on 12-hours shift, independently and able to solve basic technical issues.
    Good computer literacy, SPC & OPAC knowledge.
Basic knowledge of MES/shop floor system and product life cycle management.
Able to work under pressure doing multiple tasks with coordinating and expediate mode.
Adaptable and flexible to rapid changes to the business needs of the company.
Knowledge in laser components or Optical Transceiver are added advantage.
Good knowledge of mechanical dimensioning & tolerancing analysis, poka-yoke principles will be an added advantage.
