Role Description The Executive Wealth Advisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Damansara, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for providing tailored wealth management advice, including financial and retirement planning, investment strategies, and comprehensive portfolio reviews for a diverse client base. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to assess their financial needs, developing and presenting strategic financial plans, monitoring market conditions, and adjusting recommendations as appropriate. The Executive Wealth Advisor will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of wealth management services, maintain accurate client records, and uphold regulatory and compliance standards. The role also involves prospecting and nurturing new client relationships, conducting regular follow-ups, and delivering clear, professional communication to support long-term client success.

Qualifications

Ability to provide holistic advisory services, including Financial Planning and Retirement Planning, tailored to individual client goals.
Strong competency in Investments and Finance to design, analyze, and manage diversified portfolios responsibly.
Experience delivering Wealth Management Services, including asset allocation, risk management, and long-term wealth preservation strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, accessible language.
Proven client relationship management skills, including trust-building, needs assessment, and ongoing client support.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, CWM) are an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
Comfort working in a hybrid environment based in Damansara, with the ability to manage time and priorities independently.
