Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and support organizational goals.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, and HR policies.
Support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives.
Drive employee engagement activities and retention strategies.
Coach managers on people management practices and leadership development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Support annual HR processes including performance reviews, salary reviews, and talent assessments.
Manage employee grievances and conduct investigations when required.
Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business units.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience with a combination of HRBP and recruitment responsibilities.
Experience supporting operations, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or similar industries is an advantage.
Proven track record in full-cy cle recruitment across various levels of positions.
Experience handling employee relations and stakeholder management.
Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented.
Comfortable working independently and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
