Role Description The Assistant Company Secretary will support the company secretarial team with day-to-day statutory and compliance tasks for client companies. Responsibilities include preparing and filing statutory documents, maintaining and updating corporate records, drafting resolutions and minutes, and assisting with annual returns and regulatory submissions. The role involves liaising with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely compliance with Malaysian company laws and relevant regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur, requiring consistent office presence and collaboration with the wider consulting team.

Note: Corporate Tax filing agent/ expert in LHDN is preferable/ first choice for this position.

Note: Salary 3500+ Other benefits 1000 to 2000.

Qualifications (Only Malaysian citizen can apply)

Ability to manage company secretarial documentation, including preparation of resolutions, minutes, and statutory forms.
Strong organizational skills for maintaining corporate records, registers, and filing systems accurately and on time.
Knowledge of Malaysian corporate law, company regulations, and compliance requirements, or willingness to learn and develop in these areas.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills for liaising with clients, authorities, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in reviewing documents and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a structured, consulting environment.
Relevant professional or academic background in law, business, corporate administration, or pursuit of such qualifications is an advantage.
Previous experience in company secretarial, corporate services, or professional consultancy environments is beneficial.
At least 1 year experience in similar work field;
