Manukora is a global wellness brand, leading the fast-growing US Mānuka honey category. The Role

You'll work directly with our Senior Design Lead, turning ideas into scroll-stopping digital and marketing work: campaigns, paid social, email, web, and everything in between. If you love continuing to evolve legacy brands (not just decorating them), this role is for you.

What you'll do

Brand identity & visual language - evolve and protect our premium identity across every digital touchpoint, keeping the brand distinctive and consistent as we scale
Social media creative - concept and design scroll-stopping paid and organic social that performs
Digital campaign production - bring campaigns to life across email, web, landing pages, and digital ads, from concept through final assets
Art direction — support on art direction across photography and video shoots for digital channels: produce mood boards, shot lists, and on-the-day creative direction (remote or on-site)
Creative production - produce high-quality brand content end to end, moving fast without sacrificing craft
Brand guideline stewardship - support and maintain our brand guidelines, ensuring internal teams and external partners apply them correctly
Creative briefing - write and shape creative briefs, and bring strong ideation to the table; you'll help form concepts, not just execute them
Create distinctive brand assets - continue to evolve the brand in the right direction by creating distinctive brand assets that can be used cross-channel.
Collaborate - Work closely with Senior Design lead on design development and research, help manage creative workflow and asset distribution across the team.

What you'll bring

3–4 years of brand/digital design experience, with at least 2 years in CPG, DTC, or consumer brand environments (in-house or agency)
The energy to lead projects from first brief to final delivery, with the people skills to delegate and potential to grow a direct report over time.
A very strong brand eye and just damn good taste, if your friends don't tell you that you have great taste, you're not the right person for the job.
A portfolio that shows strong brand and strategic design thinking - not just polished executions.
Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling instincts
Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion skills (After Effects) a plus
Experience designing for performance channels (paid social, email, landing pages) and understanding what converts
Experience art-directing shoots and working with photographers/videographers; comfortable writing and responding to creative briefs
An interest in AI design tools and how they can support creative workflows - curious, experimental, and open to new ways of working, never at the expense of craft
Self-direction and clear communication - you'll be working remotely with a distributed team

What this role is not

Packaging design - this role won't own packaging, but experience with it is a plus
Junior/entry-level - you should be able to run with a brief independently
Generic graphic design - we need someone who lives and breathes consumer brands
