This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software meets expectations for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the progress and success of multiple projects within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization.
Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to supply chain management solutions.
Experience in managing and optimizing performance, scalability, and maintainability of complex software systems.
Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance on development standards and best practices.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools used in advanced planning and optimization environments.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in a multi-team collaborative setting.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization.
This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
